This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for purchases made on Gemini Omni. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to unused or minimally used credit balances. If more than twenty percent (20%) of the purchased credits or entitlements have been consumed, the order is generally not eligible for a full refund.
  • Promotional pricing, limited-time bundles, or specially marked non-refundable offers are excluded unless the purchase page explicitly states otherwise.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@geminiomniai.co with the subject line “Refund Request.”

Include:

  • Full name on the account
  • Account email address
  • Order or transaction reference
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund

We aim to acknowledge requests within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within five to ten (5–10) business days; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

3. When refunds are not available

We cannot grant a refund if, for example:

  • More than twenty percent (20%) of the purchased credits have been used
  • The purchase date is more than seven (7) days ago
  • The order was non-refundable promotional or bundle pricing as disclosed at checkout
  • The request relates to a breach of our Terms of Service or fraudulent or abusive activity
  • We detect repeated or abusive refund patterns from the same user or payment method

4. Our discretion

We may deny or partially approve a refund where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service. If we deny a request, we will explain the decision in writing where practicable.

5. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
